Salary: £22,000 - £24,500 FTE (Actual: £18,898 - £21,046) pro rata based on experience

An opportunity has risen for an experienced and inspirational individual to join SET Saxmundham School as School Office Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management, operation and support of the main school office and all its functions; and will work with closely with the Headteacher.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, administration and leadership skills; an adaptable and flexible approach in identifying new and better ways to meet organisational aims; and the ability to exhibit initiative as a manager and work constructively as part of a team.

Previous experience in a senior office role, ideally within an education sector, would assist in the success of applications and strong computer literacy skills in all Microsoft applications are essential due to the nature of this role. You will be responsible for running a central office team and therefore previous management experience is essential, along with exceptional organisation skills.
