Pastoral Support Assistant
SET Saxmundham School are looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic individual to join our experienced pastoral team to provide support to students and their parents.
The successful candidate will promote and improve student wellbeing, behaviour and attendance and punctuality, thereby contributing to providing a high level of pastoral care that supports student progress and attainment.
While previous pastoral experience will be an advantage, we would welcome applications from candidates who are capable of dealing with sensitive and confidential issues, and who have the ability to relate to young people, parents and staff.
