Pastoral Support Assistant

We are now seeking an efficient and enthusiastic Pastoral Support Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term basis.
The successful candidate will promote and improve student wellbeing, behaviour and attendance and punctuality, thereby contributing to providing a high level of pastoral care that supports student progress and attainment.
While previous pastoral experience will be an advantage, we would welcome applications from candidates who are capable of dealing with sensitive and confidential issues, and who have the ability to relate to young people, parents and staff.
