(a) The Seckford Education Trust (SET) was set up to help local communities to establish and run a number of schools and academies in Suffolk. The Trust was established in 2012.

(b) Our schools are publicly-funded state schools which are open to local students irrespective of ability or need. We have schools at Felixstowe, Saxmundham, Beccles and Ixworth. Our schools are designed to provide an excellent, academically-focussed education to students. SET has high academic, personal and social aspirations for all our students and we aim to deliver above national average progress and achievement for every student relative to their starting points and abilities.

(d) ‘SET/’we’/’us’, for the purposes of this Privacy Policy, means both the registered charity and the schools referred to above.

(e) The Site is a UK-based website and we take reasonable care to comply with the requirements of the UK Data Protection Act 1998 (‘the Act’) relating to the personal information you supply on the Site.

(f) For the purposes of the Act, the data controller is SET and it is registered as a data controller with the Information Commissioner for the United Kingdom.
